Ordering is very easy at TTLCompany.com using our website's easy to use checkout process. TTLCompany.com is committed to offering you the very lowest prices on our entire inventory of products. We fulfill thousands of orders a week which gives us the buying power we need from our distributors to offer not just below the everyday retail prices.

All products sold by TTLCompany.com are considered new, factory sealed & covered by manufacturer warranties unless obviously specified. If you find your package is not delivered in this condition, please contact us immediately at Sales@TTLCompany.com.  TTLCompany.com does not offer any technical assistance. We cannot offer advice on compatibility of items. We are not technicians, only quality retailers with competitive prices. On most products we provide detailed specifications to obtain information about our products. Please contact the manufacturers for accurate answers to your technical questions and compatibility.  

Errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to correction. We reserve the right to modify this site's content at any time.

Shipping Guidelines

Post Office Box Address: Due to carrier restrictions, our current shipment regulations do not allow shipments to P.O. Box addresses. 

APO and FPO Address: Due to UPS and FedEx Restrictions, our current shipment regulations do not allow shipments to U.S. Military addresses such as APO and FPO.

International Addresses: Due to our manufacturer agreements, we are not permitted to ship products to addresses outside the Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Shipping Time Lines

All orders get shipped within 1 - 15 business days upon payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for items which may not be in stock. Delivery time for UPS & FedEx ground is 3 to 6 business days.

All items over 100 lbs must ship by truck, please allow 3 to 7 days for truck deliveries. All truck shipments are curbside delivery; upgraded services such as lift gate and inside delivery can be purchased for additional costs. Please email for pricing on our  Sales@TTLCompany.com page.

Weekend and Holiday Shipping: TTLCompany does not ship on weekends or holidays and these days do not count as part of the delivery time.

Refused or Unreachable Deliveries

If the shipment is "returned to shipper", TTLCompany will then credit the customer in less the 30% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges, including all items paid for that returns with those refused boxes. If not all items are refused then only the items received back will be refunded. All truck orders that are refused are subject a restocking fee plus return shipping fees.

Credit Card Charges (If Any)

Before shipping any product TTLCompany performs a credit card pre-authorization with the card holder’s credit card company to ensure the funds are available. Final credit card charges will be processed upon processing of the order once stock and availability are confirmed. If there are any known delays, special orders or backorders, we will confirm these time frames with the customer and determine how to proceed. In this case the card may be charged prior to shipment to verify the payment is made. Any additional or post order charges such as additional shipping, handling, or special delivery charges, which cannot be calculated via TTLCompany online order checkout process, may be charged separately and may appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement. In the above limited cases, customer will be notified if additional charges need to be applied on the order. 
NOTE: Please contact us about any refunds or concerns before disputing a charge we can always refund money without penalty on unfulfilled non-special orders. You will either receive a credit to your card or a check for the full amount.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are displayed upon checkout of your order. Although TTLCompany tries to display accurate shipping charges upon checkout, in some limited cases, additional shipping charges may be applied "after" order has been placed to cover shipping calculation errors generated by our shipping software or other shipping miss-calculations that can occur upon checkout. In these cases, additional shipping charges will be applied after items have been boxed, weighed and scanned and customer will be notified via email. If shipping charges do not show up "at all" upon checkout, shipping charges will be added later and customer will be notified. In the above limited cases, customer will only be charged actual carrier shipping charges and will not be charged for any handling such as boxing or packing fees. We reserve the right to update a shipping cost if the product is being shipped by freight or if there is an error on our site.  Some of our larger items such as furniture are an estimated cost.  Depending on the location it may change.

Sales Tax

Current tax laws exclude TTLCompany from charging sales tax for any Internet orders placed outside the state of Ohio, other than states we maintain shipping locations in. This currently includes CA, TX, NY, IL, AZ, FL, WA, MN, KS. If you are shipping your order to any address in these states you will be charged the appropriate sales tax percentage for the address your order is being shipped to.

Return Policy

Since we are in business because of our customers, we try and resolve any problems or concerns that may develop during the purchase process. We want you to be satisfied with all merchandise purchased through TTLCompany and ask that you carefully read our return policies below:

TTLCompany offers a 14 DAY RETURN POLICY for products purchased directly from TTLCompany on an approved case by case basis provided that the product is returned in the original "SEALED, UNOPENED BOX. TTLCompany reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on any merchandise returned. TTLCompany will refuse any returned merchandise if items are not returned in the original “SEALED, UNOPENED BOX”. Customer is responsible for insuring each return and all carrier shipping charges on the return. TTLCompany will not accept returns via any other carrier other than UPS or Fed Ex. Customer will e-mail the tracking number to  Sales@TTLCompany within 24hrs of return pickup. 

All items being returned must get a return authorization number within 14 days prior to being shipped back. There is a 30% restocking fee on returned orders. Shipping charges must be pre-paid otherwise shipments will be refused. All items will be inspected to insure the product is returnable. Once approved for return the credit card will be credited the cost of the item excluding the shipping charges. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customer assumes full responsibility for any return shipping. Please email us at  Sales@TTLCompany.

Receiving Incorrect Merchandise: Please email us at  Sales@TTLCompany and fill it out entirely.  Please indicate in the “ANY ADDITITONAL INFORMATION” section the item code of the product you did receive.  We will immediately take care of any miss-ships that are sent.

Defective or DOA Merchandise: In cases the item is defective the customer is responsible for return shipping. We realize that it is not the customers fault if a product is defective, but at the same time you have to realize that it is not our fault either if a product is defective -- we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with. This is why we share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping, and we will pay to ship the replacement. We cannot offer our competitive low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you want to return a defective unit, for a refund the shipping and handling charges will be non refundable, and there will be a restocking fee.

If the item appears to have obvious damaged by the carrier, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or email us at  Sales@TTLCompany so we can file a damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and if they are damaged refuse the package. If the item appears to be damaged straight from the manufacturer, please email us at  Sales@TTLCompany. Please make sure to provide your order number. Before we reship or refund the claim with the courier must be resolved.

Pre-Shipping Cancellations for In-Stock Orders:
Most orders placed with TTLCompany that are "in-stock" usually ship same day or next day. Because of this, TTLCompany does not guarantee pre-shipping cancellations on any order ('s) with "in-stock" items.  Email us at Sales@TTLCompany as soon as possible. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our warehouses and we may not be able to cancel your order.

Pre-Shipping Cancellations for "Backordered" Items:
Backordered items may ship at any time. Because of this, TTLCompany does not guarantee cancellations on any orders containing back order items. However, customers may submit a cancellation request for orders that have Backordered item’s by emails us at  Sales@TTLCompany. Please allow 48 hours to ensure order has not shipped.

Credit Card Security

At TTLCompany you can shop with confidence. We use industry standard encryption technology and secure commerce servers to ensure your personal information is secured on-line. Making a credit card purchase at TTLCompany is actually as secure as using your credit card at a local store or shopping mall.
