Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems

ADS Fluoro-K (FK-51-12) System

ECS-500 Fluoro-K (FK-51-12) System

ECS-360 Fluoro-K (FK-51-12) System

An innovative advanced delivery clean agent fire suppression system developed to provide fire protection for larger enclosures requiring longer agent flow distances.

The Kidde Advanced Delivery System (ADS™) type Clean Agent Suppression System improves the performance of standard 360 psi (25 bar) or 500 psi (35 bar) systems by using a nitrogen driver to propel the agent through the piping network. This innovation provides better coverage, greater nozzle heights, smaller diameter pipe and longer pipe runs than a standard clean agent suppression system.

Clean Agent Characteristics Defined by NFPA 2001
- They are volatile, non-conductive gases.
- They leave behind no residue of any kind.
- They are environmentally acceptable to the EPA.
- They are safe for use in occupied areas when properly designed.

ADS Suppression Agents Offered by Kidde Fire Systems
- Fluoro-K™ (FK-5-1-12)
- FM-200™ (HFC-227ea)
